About Me

I began my agenting career in 2018 as an intern at Curtis Brown, and soon after began working as an assistant at the Jean V. Naggar Literary Agency, where I worked with award-winning authors including Carl Safina, Nancy Springer, Sarai Walker, and Bonnie Kistler. In 2021, I joined Writers House as an agent associate working in the office of Susan Golomb. I assisted her and her clients editorially and administratively and under Susan’s expert wing began building my own list. Authors I worked with at Writers House include Jonathan Franzen, Rachel Kushner, Imbolo Mbue, Noah Hawley, William T. Vollmann, Tim Murphy, Vauhini Vara, Sanjena Sathian, Rebecca Wells, and many more.

In 2022 I joined Janklow & Nesbit Associates. I am actively building my own list of literary and commercial fiction and narrative nonfiction while working with senior agent and Partner PJ Mark.

Before I worked in publishing, I worked as a copywriter for a creative agency and as a barista. I received my BA in English with a minor in music from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.

I am a poet, a pianist, and a crafter, and I bring that artistic sensibility into my agenting style. I love to line edit and will work with clients editorially while also respecting that a book is a deeply personal manifestation of individual spirit. My goal is to help that spirit shine through to create a piece of work that will impact and inspire readers.
